Eng. Yamit Tal, CTO
Yamit is a food technologist with over 20 years of experience leading teams through the entire product development lifecycle. Specializing in meat substitutes, she brings knowledge in frozen, chilled, and extrusion technologies. She previously held senior positions in Nestle and Maabarot Group.

Eng. Moshe (Juky) Nesher, COO
Moshe has extensive expertise in global development, production, purchasing, and marketing of plant-based food products. His previous experience includes Chief Technologist for Nestle Israel, Chief Technologist for Tivall Food Industries, and Head of Procurement for Osem-Nestle Group.

Dr. Nico Kist, Computational Biology
Nico is a computational biologist and the founder of FoldChanges.com. He has over ten years’ experience in researching, consulting, and applying his expertise to challenges in cellular agriculture and plant-based meat. Nico holds a DPhil in Computational Biology from the University of Oxford.

Dr. Helena Andres-Terre, Computer Vision
Helena is an expert in AI solutions for Clinical Research, focusing on Deep Learning, Generative Modelling, and data-integration on Complex Systems. With over eight years of experience in Unsupervised Learning and Generative Models for multi-modal data integration, she has worked on a range of AI applications for healthcare and biology. She holds a PhD in AI - Computer Science from University of Cambridge.

Dr. Florian Wild, Senior Extrusion Engineer
Florian is a world-leading extrusion expert in Meat.The End’s European R&D department. He has previously led dozens of R&D projects focusing on plant protein processing for premium meat and dairy alternatives and was Senior Researcher at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. Florian holds a PhD from Technische Universität Berlin.
